  1. Living next to France my whole life I never had Galettes like this. They were always paper-thin buckwheat sheets baked like Crêpes. If made fresh, you'd put on toppings after flipping to crisp the other side. My favourite topping is ham, cheese and a cracked egg which barely sets while the Galette finishes.
    A popular shape is made by folding four edges inwards to make a square.

I must have put way too much filling in my blueberry galette because when I took it out of the oven there was just a massive pool of blackened hardened charcoal blueberry juice puddled around it.. Heirloom and ricotta in the oven now. Never been a fan of tomatoes, they make me want to vomit but I still wanted to try cause it looked so good.

  3. Dude I love your content so much.
    The 'no-bs cut to the chase' style, the dry monotone humor with occasional drawn out punch lines, meta criticisms of modern social media/food culture, and especially the transparency with advertisements. I know it's got to be difficult to get advertisers to agree to how your format your integrated ads so I just want you to know it's very much appreciated. I'm sure they would prefer something excessive and 'fake-genuine' thrown in for 2 minutes at the very beginning of the video. Heck they didn't even make you censor Kroger.
